1) After one year of intense use, the cube's design still surprises me. The neat 8inch square mac is so incredibly quiet!! | 2) The minimalist concept is ideal as this computer fades away in the background and doesn't distract you in any way. | 3) Two bolts, the main vent, the dvd slot and another vent are well molded in a nice composition. What fuss about cracks? you don't even see them!!! | 4) Looking more closely at the DVD slot, you can spot the dust brush at the 2 sides of the slot. Top loading DVD is definitvely handy and cool! | 5) The Apple logo seems to be the heart of this "objet d'Art". It projects a soft shadow against the grey background. |
6) Of Course, every single mac has to have this information of design, assemblence and various. Well hidden at the back. | 7) The bottom: the major air inlet, the handle and all the connections identical to the G4 tower, all you need really. | 8) The cube on its head, with the handle popping out inviting you to take a look at the superb inside miniaturisation. | 9) Action!! Image blurred... try to do this and take a picture at the same time, no easy job. Well, at least the message gets accross. | 10) There it stands so nude and fragile, giving itself to any upgrade: bigger HD, 1.5Gb Ram, better graphics card,... and the rest connected via firewire. |
